Characternik
Made for 7daysDungeonCrawler GameJam 2021.
RPG based on slavic myphos and tales of ukrainian mystical cossacks "Characterniks".
Inspired by novels of N. Gogol and A. Tolstoy.
Controls: A - turn left, D - turn right, W - forward S - backward, Q - strafe left E - strafe right, SPACE - pass turn, '+'and'-' buttons - change volume level
DO NOT rush into large clusters of enemies! Use your head. Try to lure out individual groups.

Heyho! Is that music licensed or royalty free? Asking to not get issues on youtube. I'd just disable the music otherwise. Basically having a look at all games in the jam. :)
I dont know about music license. This rock-band just allowed me to use their tracks :)

Unfortunately the game will cause youtube copyright claims. So I'd advise any streamer/youtuber to disable the music.

I see you've played Geneforge from SpiderwebSoftware. I just LOVE their Avernum games, one of my favorite game series.
Slowly making my way through it. They don't exactly make small games. 😅 I have only played the first Avernum so far but I really enjoyed it. I haven't finished it yet but Queen's Wish has also been really good so far.
